- Developed tag|Connect, a social bookmarking application programmed in C# and ASP.NET with AJAX. Developed standards-compliant Web Services for tag|Connect. Successfully deployed tag|Connect as a core service to ICES' Intelink networks (JWICS, SIPRnet, SBU) worldwide. Ongoing development and support of tag|Connect based on user feedback from Intelink users as well as experiments conducted under IARPA's CASE program.
